Talent Acquisition Intern

As a Talent Acquisition Intern at BeReal, you will be part of the TA Apps team, focusing exclusively on BeReal's recruiting efforts. Responsibilities include managing candidate applications and responses, coordinating initial exchanges with TA members or Hiring Managers, conducting pre-qualifications for specific positions, monitoring the candidate pipeline, and ensuring proper follow-up. You will partner with TA members on role development, sourcing, interviewing, and closing strategies. The ideal candidate will have a first experience in recruitment, thrive in a fast-paced environment, possess strong analytical and organizational skills, be curious and business-oriented, and be fluent in English. The internship is for 3 to 6 months.
