As our new Talent Acquisition Partner, you will be the driving force behind our technical and creative growth. You’ll act as a strategic partner to our hiring leaders, embedding yourself within their teams to find the world's best talent in highly competitive fields like Unity, Unreal, Computer Graphics, Machine Learning, AI, and Data Science. This isn't just about filling roles; it's about understanding the market, building our culture, driving change and shaping the future of Beyond Sports.
- Act as a strategic partner to our Development, Art, and creative leads to deeply understand their roadmaps and define highly specific talent needs.
- Proactively hunt for, engage, and nurture passive talent pools within the Unity, Unreal, Art, Machine learning, AI, and Data Science ecosystems.
- Craft authentic and compelling job descriptions.
- Provide market intelligence and strategic insights to hiring managers on talent distribution, compensation trends, and the competitive landscape.
- Build and cultivate deep talent networks at specialized conferences and niche online communities (e.g., ArtStation, GitHub and more).
- Participating in various internship and company events at vocational schools (MBO), universities of applied sciences (HBO) and Universities across the country.
- Manage the full-cycle recruitment process in our ATS (Ashby), ensuring a world-class candidate experience that reflects our brand and values.
- 3–5 years of experience in full-cycle deep technical recruitment knowledge, with a proven track record of hiring specialized engineering or creative talent.
- Demonstrable experience and a deep network within at least one of our core domains: real-time 3D (Unity/Unreal), computer graphics, computer vision, or AI/Machine Learning/Data Science.
- A strategic and consultative mindset, with the ability to build strong, trusted relationships with senior stakeholders.
- Essential: Complete fluency in both written and spoken Dutch and English.
- ATS: Ashby is a bonus, but any similar ATS experience is fine.
- Sourcing: LinkedIn Recruiter, ArtStation, GitHub, academic papers, specialised forums, and deep community networking. Going beyond the norm to find the best in the market!
- Methodologies: Strategic talent mapping, market intelligence reporting, structured interviewing, diversity and inclusion initiatives.
- Collaboration: Deep, embedded partnerships with hiring managers, technical leads, and senior leadership.
- Availability to work 28 to 32 hours per week and join us in Alkmaar.
