Job Description

The Talent Acquisition Partner will be responsible for managing the end-to-end talent acquisition process, from sourcing to offer acceptance. This includes collaborating with Hiring Managers to develop and execute recruitment strategies for top technical professionals, particularly in R&D roles. The role involves managing open positions in the Greenhouse ATS, ensuring accuracy and timeliness, delivering weekly progress reports, and conducting market intelligence analysis. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record in full-cycle technical recruitment, proficiency with applicant tracking systems and sourcing platforms, and strong analytical and communication skills, to thrive independently in a fast-paced, agile environment.

Must have:

Full-cycle technical recruitment experience, focus on R&D roles
Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and sourcing platforms
In-depth knowledge of IT recruitment trends and best practices
Strong analytical skills for data-driven decision making
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, agile environment
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Sufficient proficiency in English

Good to have:

University degree in HR, Business, or a related field
Passion for continuous learning, particularly in recruitment

We are currently seeking a Talent Acquisition Partner to join our Recruitment team in Pune on a 1.5-year fixed contract. As part of our team, you will be responsible for recruiting top technical professionals for Veeam products.

Your tasks will include:

Manage end-to-end talent acquisition process, from sourcing to offer acceptance
Collaborate closely with Hiring Managers to develop and execute tailored recruitment strategies
Manage open positions in Greenhouse ATS, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
Deliver weekly progress reports and conduct market intelligence analysis
