Project Support and Management: Actively participate in training projects related to professional capability development with the HR department and project teams (e.g., new talent cultivation, key skill improvement), assist in outputting solutions, and undertake specific execution tasks to ensure the smooth progress of all projects.
3. Training Needs Insight and Support: Maintain communication with professional lines and business departments, understand and support the professional capability development needs of business teams, assist in demand diagnosis, and output solutions.
4. Basic HR Support: Assist in handling some basic HR affairs related to professional channel development (e.g., training record management, sharing satisfaction surveys).
1. Passion for the training and gaming industries, understanding of the gaming industry ecosystem; internship experience in gaming/internet companies preferred.
