Job Description

1. Responsible for the full-process recruitment work for game R&D related positions (such as programming, art, planning, etc.), including demand analysis, talent sourcing, interview coordination, HR interviews, offer negotiation, and onboarding follow-up.

2. Deeply understand the technical requirements and business characteristics of various functions in game R&D, accurately identify and attract high-quality candidates.

3. Based on business needs, regularly output analysis reports on game industry trends, competitor talent structure, and market dynamics, providing external information support for the team.

4. Establish and maintain an external talent map, exploring potential high-value candidate resources.

5. Follow up on the human resource health of the responsible department to ensure reasonable and industry-competitive team configuration.

6. Improve recruitment efficiency and talent quality through recruitment strategy optimization, talent pool construction, and other means.

Job Requirements

1. Bachelor's degree or above.

2. Love the game industry and be familiar with mainstream game types and R&D processes.

3. Passionate about recruitment, with excellent communication skills, stress resistance, and goal-oriented thinking.

4. Proficient in using recruitment tools (such as LinkedIn, BOSS Zhipin, etc.).

5. Possess strong self-drive and learning ability, able to quickly adapt to business changes.
