3. Based on business needs, regularly output analysis reports on game industry trends, competitor talent structures, and market dynamics, providing external information support for the team;
4. Establish and maintain an external talent map, exploring potential high-value candidate resources;
5. Track the human resource health of the responsible department to ensure reasonable team configuration and industry competitiveness;
6. Improve recruitment efficiency and talent quality through recruitment strategy optimization, talent pool construction, and other means.
1. Bachelor's degree or above;
2. Passionate about the game industry, familiar with mainstream game types and development processes;
3. Enthusiastic about recruitment work, possessing excellent communication skills, stress resistance, and goal-oriented thinking;
4. Proficient in using recruitment tools (such as LinkedIn, BOSS Zhipin, etc.);
5. Possess strong self-drive and learning ability, able to quickly adapt to business changes.
