Job Description

PwC TLS Avvocati e Commercialisti in Rome is seeking Tax Associates with 2-5 years of experience in structured firms or tax centers. Responsibilities include: labor and tax consulting; personal income tax; executive compensation packages; preparing personal income tax returns; tax compliance; tax assistance on financial and insurance products (especially foreign assets); employment tax; stock option plans and incentive programs. Strong English skills are required.

Must have:

2-5 years experience in tax consulting
Personal Income Tax Expertise
Tax Compliance knowledge
Excellent English
Italian language fluency (implied)

PwC TLS Avvocati e Commercialisti è lo studio professionale member firm del network PwC per la consulenza legale e tributaria. Una delle principali realtà professionali del Paese, porta per connettersi al network internazionale e leader a livello globale.

Nell'ottica di ampliare il dipartimento Tax nella sede di lavoro di Roma, PwC TLS è alla ricerca di professionisti che abbiano maturato 2-5 anni di esperienza all'interno di Studi strutturati e/o Centri di assistenza fiscale

L'attività sarà focalizzata sulle seguenti aree:

- consulenza del lavoro e tributaria;

- fiscalità delle persone fisiche;

- pacchetti di retribuzione executive;

- predisposizione delle dichiarazioni dei redditi delle persone fisiche;

- compliance fiscale;

- assistenza fiscale in merito alla tassazione dei prodotti finanziari e assicurativi, con particolare attenzione ad attività patrimoniali estere;

- employment tax;

- piani azionari e di incentivazione e reward.

Buona conoscenza della lingua inglese.
