Requirements and responsibilities

We are seeking a Team Lead Software Engineer with Python background to design and implement data engineering solutions that support compliance and risk-focused initiatives. This role will focus on integrating various monitoring solutions with an advanced AI based security framework.

What You’ll Do

  • Work with Python-based ETL pipelines to acquire, transform, and unify large-scale datasets;
  • Integrate pipelines into modern automation platform (such as Tines);
  • Collaborate with compliance, audit, and business stakeholders to align data solutions with regulatory requirements;
  • Document code, workflows, and data lineage to meet governance and audit standards;
  • Proactively identify data quality issues and troubleshoot complex pipeline or reporting problems;
  • Contribute to automation and performance improvements within the data engineering ecosystem.

What You’ll Bring

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, a related field or equivalent work experience;
  • 10+ years of experience working in production engineering teams;
  • Python programming experience with a focus on data engineering;
  • Experience with ETL, data modeling, and transformation techniques;
  • SQL skills and experience working with NoSQL databases;
  • Exposure to regulated data environments (financial, security or compliance) is a plus;
  • Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders;
