Job Description

Neolytix is a consulting and management services organization for US healthcare providers. This role involves leading a team of customer service professionals, managing client queries and escalations, and ensuring timely delivery of SLAs. The team lead will monitor workflow, track metrics, develop productivity processes, and participate in new pilot projects. They will also work with managers to resolve personnel issues and identify trends to improve collections and productivity. The position is full-time and hybrid.
Must have:
  • Lead a team of Customer Service Professionals.
  • Respond to clients on process queries and manage 1st level escalations.
  • Monitor and manage workflow or daily targets for timely SLA delivery.
  • Track and maintain metrics for attendance, productivity.
  • Develop processes to improve team productivity and quality.
  • Participate in new pilots projects and ensure knowledge transition.
  • Work with managers to resolve personnel problems or conflicts.
  • Perform follow-up work as required.
  • Identify trends within the portfolio to aid collections and improve productivity.

Roles & Responsibility

  • Lead a team of Customer Service Professionals.
  • Respond to clients on any process related queries and manage 1st level escalations.
  • Monitoring and managing workflow or daily targets to assure timely delivery of agreed SLA’s.
  • Tracking and maintaining metrics for a variety of data includes attendance, productivity, etc.
  • Develop processes to improve productivity and quality of the team.
  • Participate in the new pilots projects & work towards proper transition of knowledge to team.
  • Work with managers to resolve any personnel problems or conflicts that may arise in the team.
  • In addition to administrative responsibilities, the Team leader may be expected to perform follow-up work as well depending upon the requirement.
  • Identify trends within the portfolio to aid collections and improve the productivity.
  • Experience with Athena EMR/EHR is preferred

Technical Requirements:

  • Internet speed of 30MBPS or higher.
  • i5 or higher processor/Mac 2020 or later.
  • Minimum of 8 GB RAM.
  • Private and quiet dedicated home office area.
  • Backups in case of power or Telco interruptions.
  • Good headset and webcam.

Job Type: Full-time - Hybrid
