As a Team Leader, you will report to the Store Manager and assist the management team in creating a team environment that fosters positive and inclusive relationships. You will be committed to ensuring the success of the store by leading and motivating the team to achieve store objectives, including sales and profit targets, recruitment, performance management, training, and development. Your ability to adapt to various situations, environment, challenges, tasks, and work schedules will be crucial for your success.
Must Have:
  • Ensure the store achieves company objectives and key performance indicator targets
  • Exercise leadership for the store by implementing company policies, procedures, and contributing to loss prevention, payroll, reporting, and planning
  • Implement merchandising strategies while providing a clean, consistent, and welcoming environment that encourages customers to shop
  • Train, coach, and provide on-the-spot feedback to team members
  • Maintain an effective and open line of communication with store management and district management
  • At least 6 months of leadership and/or supervisory experience in a customer experience-focused environment
  • Experience in mobilizing a team towards a common goal
  • Hold a high school diploma or equivalent
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while committed to creating an exceptional customer experience
  • Ability to work evenings and weekends
