Job Description

We are expanding our Quantitative Consumer Research & Insights department and looking for a skilled Team Leader with a passion for understanding consumer behavior and trends. You will lead a dynamic team, driving the execution of ad hoc research projects across multiple sectors, delivering data-driven insights that empower our clients to make informed decisions.
Must have:
  • Leading the team in a way that fosters a positive atmosphere while also delivering the expected financial performance.
  • Overseeing and delivering quantitative research projects with excellence, ensuring customer satisfaction, repeat purchasing, and renewals.
  • Selecting appropriate research methodologies and tools that address the client’s business questions.
  • Collaborating closely with the operations team to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Analyzing data and preparing insightful results for client presentations, working in tandem with the Sales team to present actionable recommendations.
  • Acting as a Thought Leader in the field of quantitative research, advising clients on best practices in research design, data collection, and interpretation of findings.

ABOUT THE JOB

We are expanding our Quantitative Consumer Research & Insights department and looking for a skilled Team Leader with a passion for understanding consumer behavior and trends. You will lead a dynamic team, driving the execution of ad hoc research projects across multiple sectors, delivering data-driven insights that empower our clients to make informed decisions.

Responsibilities:

  • Leading the team in a way that fosters a positive atmosphere while also delivering the expected financial performance.
  • Overseeing and delivering quantitative research projects with excellence, ensuring customer satisfaction, repeat purchasing, and renewals. This includes:
  • Selecting appropriate research methodologies and tools (e.g., surveys, questionnaire design, data analysis) that address the client’s business questions.
  • Collaborating closely with the operations team to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Analyzing data and preparing insightful results for client presentations, working in tandem with the Sales team to present actionable recommendations.
  • Acting as a Thought Leader in the field of quantitative research, advising clients on best practices in research design, data collection, and interpretation of findings.

Requirements:

  • At least 7 years of experience in consumer research (quantitative), across various sectors and methodologies.
  • Expertise in ad hoc research, including data analysis, survey design, and presenting findings to clients.
  • Ability to advise clients on research strategy, from the design phase to drawing conclusions and making actionable recommendations.
  • Proficiency in English and Greek, including the ability to present and discuss research findings confidently.
