Must Have

  • Carry out Preventive Maintenance of manufacturing & packing equipment
  • Coordinate all engineering related activities in Packing/Production Department
  • Carry out Mechanical Related Breakdown of manufacturing & packing equipment
  • Installation and commissioning of manufacturing & packing equipment
  • Ensure the plant instruments and equipment adhere to safety guidelines
  • Manage inventory and spare parts
  • Perform root cause analysis for critical breakdowns and equipment failures
  • Conduct condition based monitoring of all major equipment
  • Knowledge and experience in handling preventive maintenance, equipment breakdown maintenance, and predictive maintenance
  • Experience in troubleshot and breakdown management of machines and equipment
  • Experience in managing preventive maintenance plans
  • Knowledge of GMP and GEP

Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

To carry out Preventive Maintenance of manufacturing & packing equipment as per P.M.

1.2 To co-ordinate all engineering related activities in Packing/Production Department.

1.3 To carry out Mechanical Related Breakdown of manufacturing & packing equipment.

1.4 Installation and commissioning of manufacturing & packing equipment.

1.5 Mechanical related: modifications and developments of process equipment.

1.6 To ensure the plant instruments and equipment as per safety guidelines.

1.7 Documentation- Engineering related.

1.8 Inventory and Spare Management.

1.9 To ensure all the safety standards are followed and all the contractors use PPEs while working.

1.10 To carry out mechanical projects.

1.11 To carry out root cause analysis for critical break down and equipment related failures.

1.12 To carry out incident investigation for equipment related failures.

1.13 To carry out condition based monitoring of all major equipment’s.

1.14 To carry out the responsibilities of DTC (Department Training Coordinator).

1.15 To carry out the Site Layouts.

1.16 To carry out knowledge sharing sessions and learn teach learn sessions with team member

1.17 All-time readiness for audit.

1.18 Responsible for Confined space compliances.

Qualifications

Educational qualification: A Diploma or a B.Tech./M.Tech in Electrical or Instrumentation or Mechanical engineering

Minimum work experience: 3 to 6 years

Technical Skills**

• Knowledge and experience in handling preventive maintenance, equipment breakdown maintenance, and predictive maintenance.

• Experience in troubleshot and breakdown management of machines and equipment.
