Job Description
As a Tech Delivery Subject Matter Expert, you will drive innovative practices into delivery, bringing depth of expertise to a delivery engagement. You will be sought out as an expert, enhancing the Organization's marketplace reputation and bringing emerging ideas to life by shaping the Organization and client strategy. You will use deep technical expertise, business acumen, and fluid communication skills, working directly with clients in a trusted advisor relationship to gather requirements, analyze, design, and/or implement technology best practice business changes. Your responsibilities include being an SME, collaborating with and managing the team, making team decisions, engaging with multiple teams, providing solutions to problems, leading team meetings, developing strategies for improved team performance, and mentoring junior team members.
Must have:
- Proficiency in SAP HCM Payroll
Good to have:
- Experience with SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll

Minimum 5 year(s) of experience is required
Educational Qualification : 15 years full time education

Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME - Collaborate and manage the team to perform - Responsible for team decisions - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams - Lead team meetings to discuss progress and challenges - Develop strategies to improve team performance - Mentor junior team members to enhance their skills Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP HCM Payroll - Good To Have Skills: Experience with SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll - Strong understanding of payroll processes and regulations - Experience in implementing SAP HCM Payroll solutions - Knowledge of integration between SAP HCM Payroll and other HR systems Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in SAP HCM Payroll - This position is based at our Pune office - A 15 years full time education is required
