Role

We are looking for a Tech Lead to standardize coding practices, manage Git workflows, optimize processes, and support developers in creating high-quality interactive ads. An ideal candidate is a TypeScript/JavaScript expert with experience in Git management, code reviews, and technical documentation. Strong problem-solving skills and familiarity with Cocos Creator and analytics tools are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a unified coding standard for the team;
   
• Conduct code reviews, ensure code quality, and maintain adherence to standards;
   
• Manage Git repositories (branching strategy, merges, CI/CD processes);
   
• Create and maintain technical documentation (coding style guides, development guidelines);
   
• Onboard new team members: introducing workflows, and ensuring a smooth integration;
   
• Develop and maintain template projects to simplify the creation of interactive ads;
   
• Optimize code and development processes to enhance Playable Ads efficiency;
   
• Provide technical support to developers, assisting with complex challenges;
   
• Collaborate with designers and game designers to ensure optimal integration of graphics and animations in Playable Ads. 

Requirements

• Strong proficiency in TypeScript and JavaScript;
   
• Experience with Git: commit messages, pull requests, and code review;
   
• Experience in writing technical documentation and guidelines;
   
• Understanding of code optimization principles and working with web resources;
   
• Strong communication skills.
   

Nice to have

• Experience with Unity, Cocos Creator or other game engines;
   
• Experience setting up CI/CD pipelines for automation;
   
• Experience working with cloud storage, APIs for analytics, and data collection.
