Job Description
Ness Digital Engineering is seeking a DevOps Architect to lead the design and implementation of a scalable, secure, and intelligent DevOps ecosystem for actuarial risk systems. The role will focus on IaC, CI/CD pipelines, branching strategies, production readiness, and AI/LLM integration across enterprise repositories. Key responsibilities include leading DevOps architecture, designing Terraform-based IaC, defining branching strategies, establishing production-ready CI/CD pipelines, overseeing AI/LLM-driven automation, and ensuring compliance and security.
Good To Have:
- Hands-on experience with actuarial/risk management platforms.
- Familiarity with Ollama, Bedrock, KARA.ai, LoRA tuning.
- Experience with multi-cloud, hybrid infra orchestration.
Must Have:
- Lead overall DevOps architecture and strategy for core and Python repositories.
- Design and implement Terraform-based IaC for hybrid environments (Windows/Linux).
- Define branching and release management strategy (GitFlow/Trunk-based).
- Establish production-ready CI/CD pipelines with rollback and patch management.
- Oversee integration of AI/LLM-driven automation into pipelines.
- Ensure compliance, security, and governance across environments.
- 8–10 years in DevOps architecture and engineering.
- Deep expertise in Terraform, GitHub/GitLab CI/CD, Packer, Ansible.
- Strong knowledge of cloud-native deployments on AWS/Azure.
- Experience with SAST/DAST tools (SonarQube, security scanning).
- Knowledge of AI/LLM integration into DevOps workflows.
