We are looking for a Tech Sourcer (6 month contract) to help grow & expand our Tech verticals in India. This individual will be contributing towards Lateral Tech hiring and University Recruiting.
You will be responsible for attracting, assessing, and hiring top talents to meet our business needs.

You will work with hiring managers as a strategic partner advising on things such as sourcing strategies, passive engagement strategies, competitive intelligence, DEI, and talent insights.
