The Technical Account Manager (TAM) partners with major brands and retailers to ensure the success of their Bazaarvoice technical program. As a core member of the account team, the TAM manages the technical relationship with clients. The TAMs proactively monitor the health of the technical program, drive adoption of contracted solutions and services, and act as the single point of escalation for technical issues. The TAM also develops relationships with key technical stakeholders and facilitates progress on projects. The role requires experience in client-facing roles, technical consulting, and project management, as well as knowledge of web technologies and SEO principles. The TAM ensures that the program aligns with the client's business goals and technical infrastructure.
