A Technical Artist is the key to bridging the gaps between artists and engineers. We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Technical Artist Lead to join our Metaverse Technical Art team. In this role, you'll work closely with a multidisciplinary team of artists and engineers to enhance the delight, representation, and appeal of our Avatars across the Metaverse. Drive technical art efforts in close partnership with artists, engineers, and product managers to deliver high quality visual content within performance budgets. Collaborate with artists and engineers to develop and implement high-quality real-time shaders and rendering techniques. Provide technical guidance and mentorship to other team members, educating partners on topics around shading and rendering. Help coordinate strategy, priorities, and execution across multiple simultaneous projects Identify opportunities for the team to enhance workflows and improve products via the creation of tools and systems within our proprietary pipeline and engine Keep up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies in real-time rendering.

- Experience working on multiple platforms.
- Experience collaborating on multi-disciplinary teams, including engineers, producers, and artists.
- Experience in real-time content authoring (characters/environments/VFX/animation/lighting).
- Experience with shader languages (GLSL, ShaderLab, HLSL).
- Proven communication and collaboration skills.
