Technical Compliance Officer

The role of Technical Compliance Officer is perfect for you who are self-driven and solution-oriented, have a technical interest, and want to step into the compliance area.

About the role

As a Technical Compliance Officer, you are our central contact person and responsible for game certification for our existing markets and for new markets. You ensure that our games and documentation meet all regulatory requirements needed before release, and you are an important link in reporting to test labs and authorities. The role involves understanding the technical landscape well to communicate effectively with technical teams, as well as certification firms, rather than performing technical development yourself.

The role gives you a unique chance to combine technical understanding with project management and to grow quickly in a central role with many contact points.

Here you need to be your own project manager, plan your days yourself, and follow up on your own deadlines. You work closely with our Compliance team, our Head of US Operations, and our development teams to coordinate everything needed for our games to be launched in markets worldwide.

Your workdays will include:

• Collecting technical information from various internal departments, needed for reporting to test labs and authorities.
• Technical project management: Acting as a clear and stable contact person between different teams to ensure project deliveries.
• Game certification: You are responsible for the daily administration of the company's game certificates and ensure that our games are certified and distributed in all markets.
• Regulatory contact person towards test labs and other authorities and ensuring clear and professional communication.
• Process development: You actively participate in the work of improving and streamlining our compliance processes and internal routines.
• Audit & quality review: You are involved in recurring audits and reviews of our processes, and continuously work to raise the quality and security of our systems.

Who are you?

We believe you are at the beginning of your technical project management career and want to grow in a role where you get to take responsibility, be involved in several projects simultaneously, and work closely with technical teams. Perhaps you work in technical support and want to do something new. You have a post-secondary education and a technical interest that allows you to understand and speak technical vocabulary. You are the one who makes things happen, likes to take initiative, and thrives on maintaining order in complex processes.

• Proactive & solution-oriented – you see what needs to be addressed and ensure it gets done.
• Responsible & self-driven – you take ownership and drive the work forward without compromising quality.
• Structured and organized - you can plan, prioritize, and coordinate several parallel projects so that all parts move forward in the correct order and on time.
• Communicative & collaborative – It is important that you have a good understanding of how to build good relationships as the role involves collaboration with people of different roles and personalities. You express yourself clearly in both Swedish and English, in speech and writing.
