Technical Content Creator / Trainer

You will join to the International Technical Training team, you will have the opportunity to learn,  develop professionally and provide us with all your knowledge. 

Here the mainly tasks:

1. Training Planning & Delivery

• Plan and manage the yearly training creation  calendar and schedules. (digital +F2F)

• Create  training materials and ensure timely delivery to be promoted in the market.

• Create video tutorials and edit them to be offered in the market via Tech library

• Create other docs as technical service bulletins and fitting instructions.

2. Content adaptation

• Adapt all training material to e-learning formats.

• Adapt all free content created to editable format.

• Edition and postproduction of the video tutorials.

• Adapt other documents as technical service bulletins and fitting instructions.

3. Promotion & Representation

• In special cases will deploy International Customers technical training or demos

• In special cases will support in local or international Customer´s fairs

You will need:

English language: High level

Minimum 3 years as TRAINER or TECHNICAL TRAINING content provider

High new technologies knowledge is mandatory: EV/ADAS new techno

IAM market knowledge is a plus

Hands-on practical experience in general vehicle maintenance, fixing, mounting and troubleshooting is mandatory

Experience in mentoring, coaching, teaching and training mechanics through practical hand-on workshops and seminars is needed. 

Additional competencies as a must :

•  Experience with DIAGNOSTICS TOOLS 

• Video editor software

• LMS knowledge (scorms)
