ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Assessing Training Needs: Identify and evaluate the training needs of the organization to drive training initiatives.
• Developing Training Programs: Design, develop, and implement training programs and materials that align with organizational goals
• Performance Evaluations: Conduct performance evaluations and assessments to measure the effectiveness of training programs
• Strategic Planning: Create and implement strategic plans to meet the learning and development needs of the organization
• Budget Management: Manage budgets for training and development activities
• Collaboration: Work closely with various managers and executives to understand and implement training goals.
• Evaluating Effectiveness: Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and instructors, making improvements as necessary
• Staying Updated: Maintain knowledge of the latest trends in learning and development.

BACKGROUND AND EXPERIENCE:

• Four-year college degree in computer science, engineering, or related field.
• Ten (10)+ years of related experience in Instructional Design principles and methodologies.
• Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS) platforms for delivering and managing training programs
• Skilled in planning, organizing, and managing multiple training projects
• Ability to design and deliver e-learning courses and workshops
• Analytical skills to assess training needs and measure the impact of training programs.
• Knowledge of change management principles to support organizational transitions
• Strong communication skills to effectively convey training content and collaborate with stakeholders
• Familiarity with various learning technologies and tools.
