Good To Have:
  • Exposure to globally distributed engineering/test teams.
  • Experience with databases and SQL testing.
  • Knowledge of front-end test automation.
  • Background in financial/accounting systems or transportation systems (ticketing, Automated Fare Collection, etc.).
  • Exposure to hardware/firmware testing.
  • Experience preparing test plans and summary reports.
Must Have:
  • Develop comprehensive test plans, design test cases, test scripts, and test data.
  • Review, update, and improve existing global test assets.
  • Perform and enable end-to-end testing across multiple systems.
  • Collaborate with customers and third-party vendors to coordinate testing activities.
  • Report and triage defects with business, engineering, and stakeholders, providing engineering recommendations.
  • Identify, report, and recommend mitigation measures for product risks.
  • Support test estimation, progress tracking, and compile test completion reports.
  • Partner with Test Manager/Team Lead for regular reporting to stakeholders.
  • Share best practices and lessons learned with global Cubic project teams.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Electronics Engineering, or related field.
  • Three (3)+ years of testing experience across diverse tools and technologies.
  • Strong experience with API testing (REST, SOAP, Postman).
  • Hands-on experience with automation tools/frameworks such as Selenium/Java, Appium, or equivalent.
  • Strong skills in requirement gathering, test suite design, and maintenance.
  • Proven ability in data analysis and problem-solving.
  • ISTQB Foundation Certificate (or equivalent certification/experience).

  • Develop comprehensive test plans, design test cases, test scripts, and test data.
  • Review, update, and improve existing global test assets.
  • Perform and enable end-to-end testing across multiple systems.
