Job Description

The Technical Manager (HV Projects) will be responsible for creating safety standards, establishing a safety culture, and ensuring compliance. This role involves team management, including skill development and resource planning, along with overseeing industrialization processes, ensuring VSDP/IPROM standards are met. The manager will also handle maintenance resources, aiming to minimize downtime and maximize efficiency, while deploying ERIM/TPM and updating technical documentation. Continuous improvement is also a key responsibility.

SAFETY/ENVIRONMENT

  •  Is responsible for creating standards, establishing a safety culture and ensuring that it is scrupulously respected; Detect and react in the event of a deviation.

  •  Driver Safety QRQC.

  •  Evaluate the environmental impact of equipment.

  •  Integrate Safety LLC into equipment design.

  •  Know and apply local and group regulations and standards.

TEAM MANAGEMENT

  •  Develop the skills of your team and technicians in your area, using the magic square grid. Develop expertise and specialists.

  •  Anticipate human resource needs, manage the age pyramid, needs and duration of skills transfer.

  •  Take action to avoid turnover.

INDUSTRIALISATION

  •  Manage engineers/technicians industrializing new equipment.

  •  Ensure that VSDP/IPROM standards are applied in the industrialization of equipment in cooperation with the PTM process, in compliance with compliance rules.

  •  Participate in the preparation of the industrial IAR.

  •  Make sure to return to the design flow.


MAINTENANCE

  •  Manage your maintenance resources to minimize MTTR, maximize MTBF & TRP. Proposes the maintenance budget (overheads, labor, value of spare parts stocks); monitor compliance with the budget.

  •  Manage productivity actions linked to the P-30.

  •  Responsible for QRQC maintenance.

  •  Deploy ERIM/TPM.

  •  Ensure the publication and updating of technical documentation and work instructions. Ensure that the FMECA of the equipment is carried out and up to date

  •  Maintain spare parts lists

    

CONTINUOUS IMPROVEMENT

  • Manage continuous improvement to continuously improve the associated Indicators.

  • Deploy the V5000 repository and the roadmaps linked to its scope.
