The Google Cloud Security Customer Success team guides customers through their SecOps and cloud journey. As a Security Advisor, you'll provide technical guidance to customers adopting Google Cloud Security (GCS) products (SIEM, SOAR, and Google Threat Intelligence). You'll offer prescriptive guidance, ensure optimal customer experience in migrating, building, and maintaining SecOps and GTI products, and collaborate with Product Management and Engineering to enhance GCS offerings. Responsibilities include working with customer SoC teams and executives, delivering SecOps advisory services, serving as a cloud security expert, packaging best practices into published assets, managing project scopes, and collaborating with various teams for successful client outcomes. Approximately 10% travel is required for client engagements.
Good To Have:- Security architecture/engineering experience
- Cloud Security delivery in customer-facing role
- Understanding of cybersecurity landscape, SIEM/SOAR migrations, detection strategies, incident response, and SoC workflow automation
- Excellent communication, written, presentation, and problem-solving skills
