Job Description
Hong Kong Disneyland is seeking a Technician (Building & Architectural) to carry out preventive and corrective maintenance of building and architectural elements, including painting, plaster work, carpentry, and welding. This role requires shift duty, covering morning, afternoon, and overnight shifts. Responsibilities include performing maintenance tasks to ensure the upkeep of the park's buildings and structures. Successful candidates will possess a Certificate in Building & Architectural or a recognized apprenticeship and at least two years of relevant experience. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills are essential, as is the ability to work effectively within a team and independently. Shift work, including weekends and public holidays, is mandatory.
Good To Have:
- Driving license (category 1 or 2)
Must Have:
- Certificate in Building & Architectural or equivalent
- 2+ years relevant experience
- Shift duty availability
- Maintenance of building elements
- Painting, plastering, carpentry, welding skills

- Carry out preventive and corrective maintenance of building and architectural elements, such as painting, plaster work, carpenter, welding and other relevant trades
Basic Qualifications:
• Certificate in Building & Architectural OR recognized apprenticeship OR equivalent• At least 2 years of relevant experience
• Shift duties are required
• Self-motivated, good interpersonal and communication skills
Preferred Qualifications:
• Driving license of category 1 or 2 is preferred#LI-DNI

Additional Information:
SCHEDULE AVAILABILITYOur Theme Park and Resort Hotels operate 365 days a year. Candidates will need to work shifts according to a roster that is determined by the Company, including shifts on Saturdays, Sundays and Public Holidays.
