OAO Info India, a part of the Kute Group, is establishing a premier game development studio focused on the Action genre. With significant team growth, the company aims to dominate the industry by releasing action-packed games. The role involves leading game development projects, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery. Key responsibilities include overseeing a large development team, providing mentorship, and managing performance. The Technology Head will define the company's technical vision and strategy, collaborating with other departments for seamless integration of game elements. They will manage and optimize the development process, including version control, asset management, and bug tracking, and evaluate new technologies to enhance efficiency and product quality. Designing and implementing scalable and secure server architecture for gaming services is also crucial.
Must have:
- 8+ years of game development experience
- Unity engine and mobile platforms expertise
- Proven track record in large-scale 3D multiplayer games
- Strong understanding of front-end/back-end gaming services
- Ability to lead and manage large developer teams
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Expertise in Unity and C#
- Experience with networking protocols (Photon, Mirror, Unity Net)
- Understanding of server architecture and deployment
- Familiarity with database systems (MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB)
- Proficiency in Git version control
- Experience with cloud services (AWS, GCP, Azure)
Good to have:
- AI and Pathfinding knowledge
- Advanced degree in Computer Science or Game Development

Job Details
Part of the famed Kute Group, OAO Info India has been formed to create one of the leading game development studios in the Action genre. With an ever-expanding team, having grown by more than 100% in the last year, we are well positioned to take the industry by storm by launching some action Packed games in the coming year.
Responsibilities:
Lead the development and execution of game projects, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality output
Oversee a large team of developers, providing mentorship, guidance, and performance management
Develop and maintain the technical vision and strategy for the company's gaming products
Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless integration of gameplay, art, sound, and other game elements
Manage and optimize the game development process, including version control, asset management, and bug tracking
Evaluate and implement new tools, frameworks, and technologies to improve development efficiency and product quality
Design and implement server architecture, ensuring high performance, scalability, and security for both front-end and back-end gaming services
Stay up-to-date on industry trends and advancements in gaming technology, and apply this knowledge to the company's projects
Ensure compliance with platform requirements, industry standards, and regulatory guidelines
Requirements:
8+ years of experience in game development, with a focus on Unity engine and mobile platforms
Proven track record in developing and launching large-scale 3D multiplayer games
Strong understanding of front-end and back-end gaming services, server architecture, and relevant technologies
Demonstrated ability to lead and manage large teams of developers
Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt quickly to new technologies and challenges
Expertise in a game engine such as Unity and C#
Experience with networking protocols, libraries, and tools for multiplayer gaming (e.g., Photon, Mirror, or Unity's built-in networking).
Understanding of server architecture, deployment, and maintenance for multiplayer games.
Familiarity with database systems (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL, or NoSQL databases like MongoDB) for storing game data.
Proficiency in version control systems like Git for code and asset management.
Experience with cloud services like AWS, Google Cloud, or Microsoft Azure for hosting game servers and other backend services.
AI and Pathfinding: Knowledge of AI programming and pathfinding techniques for NPC characters.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Game Development, or a related field; advanced degree preferred
