PwC is seeking a dynamic Sales & Solution Manager for Technology Managed Services. This role focuses on developing and selling end-to-end managed services solutions across IT infrastructure, cloud, cybersecurity, applications, digital workplace, and service management. The manager will craft tailored offerings, drive business development, lead client engagements, and position PwC as a strategic technology partner, helping clients streamline operations, reduce costs, and improve efficiency through outsourced solutions.
Must have:
  • Lead solutioning and design for enterprise clients across all technology towers
  • Engage directly with clients to understand business needs, define requirements, and tailor managed services offerings
  • Collaborate with internal teams (delivery, pricing, alliances, and legal) to build winning proposals and value propositions
  • Develop go-to-market strategies for managed services and participate in pipeline building activities
  • Articulate and present complex managed services models, including SLAs, XLAs, KPIs, TCO, and ROI, to clients and internal stakeholders
  • Support sales cycle from qualification to negotiation and closure, ensuring alignment with client strategy and internal capabilities
  • Stay up-to-date on market trends, competitive positioning, and innovation in the managed services space
  • Proven ability to craft and sell multi-tower managed services solutions
  • Strong knowledge across IT infrastructure, cloud, cybersecurity, applications, and digital workplace
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills with C-level stakeholders
  • Experience in building TCO models and driving commercial discussions
  • ITIL certified
  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Engineering, Business, or related field
  • 7–10 years of experience in managed services sales, solutioning, or presales roles
  • Proficient in written and spoken English and Arabic

As a managed service delivery generalist at PwC, you will execute outsourced processes, such as client and customer interaction; data review, enrichment and processing; implementing and monitoring quality controls; and resolving escalations and queries.

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales & Solution Manager for Technology Managed Services. The ideal candidate will have 7–10 years of experience in developing and selling end-to-end managed services solutions across IT towers including infrastructure, cloud, cybersecurity, applications, digital workplace, and service management. This role will be responsible for crafting tailored managed services offerings, driving business development efforts, leading client engagements, and positioning the organization as a strategic technology partner.
