The team 

A career within the TRS & Connected Compliance Services - Technology team will provide you with the opportunity to participate in a wide range of innovative projects and utilize a variety of cutting-edge tools, leading Digital Transformation both internally and for our clients. 

Main responsibilities 

• Lead research on the latest technologies and oversee the development of business solutions

• Quickly learn and leverage the capabilities of existing data-analytics and robotics tools

• Prepare prototypes, test solutions, and deploy new tools to business users

• Manage the team's existing technology projects, ensuring successful delivery and client satisfaction

• Identify and develop opportunities for new solutions and services

• Mentor and guide junior team members, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment

What we are looking for 

• University degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Intelligence, Data Analytics, or a related field

• Minimum 5 years of experience 

• Excellent knowledge of M365 Suite & Power Platform is a must

• Technical Acumen: A good understanding of software development, systems architecture, and IT infrastructure is essential.

• Systems Analysis: The ability to analyze and interpret technical information for helping in making informed decisions about technology deployment and integration.

• Experience with PowerAutomate Desktop, UiPath, Alteryx, or Data Visualisation tools (Qlik, Tableau, Power BI)

• Highly motivated individual who can work in a fast paced dynamic environment, with an ability to take initiative, solve problems and deliver results

• Energetic and positive team player, with a particular interest in learning new technologies

• Strong analytical skills, self-motivation, professional discipline, and excellent interpersonal skills

• Ability to lead teams and coach more junior team members

• Confident, articulate and able to communicate in a clear and effective manner

• Strong organizational and reporting skills 

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Excellent knowledge of the Greek and English language
