The Chief Security Office (CSO) guarantees information security for our client. The Access Lifecycle Solutions team within Identity & Access Management is responsible for providing centralized Identity & Access Management solutions, ensuring standardized and compliant permissions and roles for application users. We are looking for a Service Operations Specialist to manage the day-to-day service operations for the central Identity & Access Management system. Must have:
  • Completed degree in IT or comparable qualification
  • Experience with Identity and Access Management (IAM) tools
  • Proven experience in service operations of large IT-systems
  • Experience with IT Service Management (ITSM) tools
  • Knowledge of ITIL processes
  • Experience in managing vendor teams
Good to have:
  • Excellent English communication skills
  • Knowledge of access lifecycle systems
  • Good knowledge of Windows server systems including MS Active Directory

The Chief Security Office (CSO) of our client comprises the Chief Information Security Office (CISO) and the Corporate Security unit. The CISO organization guarantees information security for our client.
The team Access Lifecycle Solutions within the area Identity & Access Management inside CSO is responsible for providing centralized Identity & Access Management solutions. These provide permissions and roles to application users in a standardized and compliant process. The assignment of roles can either be automated or manual.
We are looking for a Service Operations Specialist who will be responsible for day-to-day service operations for the central Identity & Access Management system.

Responsibilities

Management and supervision of the vendor responsible for RTB (Run-the-Bank) Operations

bullet icon

Drives resolution of incidents and issues, supports S2/S1 incident calls for the One Identity Manager product.

Ensure escalation of operational, regulatory, or other risks to management

bullet icon

Management of smaller projects

bullet icon

Support of audit requests (presentation of the solution, delivery of evidence...)

bullet icon

Data Quality, Monitoring implementation and control

bullet icon

Service Operations (Incident Management, Knowledge Management, Problem Management, Change management).

bullet icon

Ticket and process analysis to drive continuous improvements in implementations according to industry best practices.

bullet icon

Compliance with safety regulations and control processes

bullet icon

Independent handling of incidents, service request

bullet icon

Day to day BAU activities such as monitoring, business escalation handling

bullet icon

Supporting multiple applications under Access Lifecycle Solutions team (eg., dbAccessGate, D1IM-Core etc)

Ensure the stability of the system by proper planning patching, upgrade, DR, ensure the CSO non-compliant requirement, Workbench activities, vulnerabilities remediation, etc

Skills

Must have

bullet icon

Completed degree in IT or a comparable qualification.

Experience with Identity and Access Management (IAM) tools

bullet icon

Proven experience in service operations of larger and complex IT-systems

bullet icon

Experience with IT Service Management (ITSM) tools like ServiceNow etc

bullet icon

Knowledge of ITIL processes

bullet icon

Experience in managing vendor teams.

Nice to have

bullet icon

Excellent communication skills (English fluent and German optional)

Knowledge of access lifecycle systems (with a focus on request & approval, provisioning, recertification, admissions/exits) is desired.
