We are looking to recruit a Temenos Functional Lead into our Temenos CoE within the Banking and Diversified Financials Practice to cater to Client’s Private Bank

Our Banking and Diversified Financials practice helps clients shape, define and deliver banking transformation initiatives across the entire span of the organisation (front office to back office). This encompasses driving process improvement and process digitization to enhance customer experience and delivery straight-through digital processing and self-service across the bank. Key areas of focus are around wealth management, payments, structured products and money market products.

Primary skills

Some of the tasks you’ll be involved in:

• Provision of specific Temenos expertise to enable delivery teams
• Accountable for the Analysis & Design of the solution for the Private Banking delivery, including running the Process Led Workshops, Gathering requirements, identifying Gaps against the Temenos product and design solution
• Manage a team of Temenos business analysts who would Responsible for Gathering requirements, identifying Gaps and design solution
• Design Integration, customization and configuration solution on Temenos (TAP + Data Source + Transact + TDH) solution
• Act as a Temenos functional SME, resolve functional queries and provide solution
• Working with Temenos Product delivery teams to translate the end user requirements (L1/L2) to application/system requirements and review the FSD
• Transition design to L3 Development & Testing team members to enable delivery
• Mentoring and guiding the Business Analyst and Testers on Temenos delivery, Temenos Architecture, Banking client’s functional requirements and solution.
• Implement best practices from a Analysis & Design perspective to enable progressive improvement in delivery
• Training the team members in Temenos solution
• Configuring Temenos with relevant parameters for Banking Products, Securities, derivatives, Forex products, structured products, forwards and spots, money market products
• Own Functional specification (HLSD / Detailed functional specification design) and artefacts created by the team
• Conduct functional trainings on Temenos
• Collaborate with partners within and outside Capgemini to build assets & accelerators

Secondary Skills

Functional Skills:

• Minimum 15 years’ experience as a Temenos Functional Lead with a large organisation.
• Minimum 10 years of Private Bank & Wealth Management implementation experience, preferably in Europe region, acting as Functional Architect Lead for at least 3 years.
• Expertise in any of the other Core & Wealth solution – Intellect Wealth Management, Avaloq, Finacle Wealth Management would be an added asset
• Strong analysis skills with wealth Banking expertise, possessing significant work experience and in-depth knowledge of wealth products like securities, Bonds, Mutual Funds, Structured Products, Derivatives, Forex, forwards, spots etc.
• Understand the Wealth Management and Private Banking business and eco system – Custodian, Depository, Broker, Registrar etc
• Experience preparing good quality Functional Design specifications/Test cases.
• Familiarity with GIT, Agile, Scrum in particular and the use of Jira.
• Able to work as Team player as well as independently without any supervision.
