The Technical Program Manager of Trust Resilience will guide collaborative, cross-organizational programs to enhance the resilience of Autodesk product offerings. Reporting to the Director of Trust Risk and Compliance, this role involves developing strategies, prioritizing initiatives, ensuring timely delivery, and fostering stakeholder collaboration to meet high standards of security and user trust.
Must have:

  • Engage with Trust, engineering, product, and other program managers to prioritize Trust initiatives.
  • Establish clear delivery plans and create alignment on cross-organization initiatives.
  • Develop holistic communications plans and deliver status communications.
  • Facilitate fact-based, data-driven decision-making.
  • Engage with stakeholders to gather feedback and identify areas of program improvement.
  • 5+ years of experience as a Technical Program Manager or in a similar role.
  • Basic knowledge of cloud technologies and services (e.g., AWS, Microsoft Azure, SaaS).
  • Experience working with a mix of stakeholders.
  • Strong communication and people skills.
  • Proven track record in reporting program progress, driving initiatives, and ensuring timely delivery.
Good to have:
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to think strategically while also executing with attention to detail.
  • Hands-on experience with program management tools (e.g., Jira, Atlassian, SharePoint).
  • Background in the software or tech industry.
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams in an Agile environment.
  • Certifications (PMP, Lean Six Sigma, or similar).
  • Knowledge of cloud security, data privacy, or threat detection.

Job Details

Role Overview.

The Technical Program Manager of Trust Resilience will help our CSOC (Cloud Services Operations Center), DevSecOps, and SRE (Site Reliability Engineering) teams deliver our vision by guiding collaborative, cross-organizational, programs and driving the resilience of product offerings. This individual will report directly to the Director of Trust Risk and Compliance and should be passionate about helping teams identify and achieve successful outcomes. The role requires a strategic thinker who can work cross-functionally to ensure our products and operations meet the highest standards of security and user trust.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Strategy and Roadmap Development: Help develop and maintain program strategies, roadmaps, and rhythms in support of product portfolio and business strategy. Ensuring alignment with overall business goals and Trust standards.
  • Prioritization and Planning: Engage with Trust, engineering, product, and other program managers to prioritize Trust initiatives while balancing resilience needs with overall strategy.
  • Delivery: Work with the Trust Resilience leadership to establish clear delivery plans based on strategies. Create alignment on cross organization initiatives through outcome driven planning, dependency management and impediment removal.
  • Communications: Develop holistic communications plans and for delivering status communications and updates in scalable way that minimizes friction. Support the communication of program health, initiatives and achievements to teams and divisional leadership
  • Facilitation: Facilitate fact-based, data-driven decision-making with the appropriate domain expertise and program owners.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Engage with stakeholders to gather feedback and identify areas of program improvement. Bring results to program leaders in an actionable manner.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience as a Technical Program Manager or in a similar role.
  • Basic knowledge of cloud technologies and services (e.g., AWS, Microsoft Azure, SaaS).
  • Experience working with a mix of stakeholders — from engineers and product managers to business leaders and designers
  • Strong communication and people skills: able to influence, build consensus, and present to leaders at different levels.
  • Proven track record in reporting program progress, driving initiatives, and ensuring timely delivery.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to think strategically while also executing with attention to detail.
  • Hands-on experience with program management tools (e.g., Jira, Atlassian, SharePoint).
