UA Specialist

We are looking for a Senior User Acquisition Specialist to join the EA Mobile Growth Organization.  This role will report directly to the Senior UA Manager (leading EA Mobile’s Mobile Casual, MoCa titles), who is responsible for growing some of our most successful games.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement media buying strategies to improve campaign efficiency and performance
• Activate digital campaigns across multiple channels, including Meta Ads, Google Ads, TikTok, SDK networks, and programmatic networks
• Develop and build strategic partnerships with key studio and product stakeholders
• Nurture advertising partner relationships with EA’s key partner networks
• Contributions to improve the growth marketing team with knowledge sharing and hypothesis testing
• Work directly with the Senior UA Manager to implement innovative strategies to grow and maximize revenue for titles within EA Mobile’s (MoCa) portfolio

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in mobile media buying/user acquisition/performance marketing
• Strong knowledge of attribution
• Experience building and optimizing user acquisition campaigns in the gaming category with the ability to improve business metrics (ROAS, LTV)
• Curiosity and experience in proposing/testing new advertising channels, partners and formats
• BA/BS Degree in marketing/finance or equivalent quantitative field
• Experience building relationships with third-party media partners with an emphasis on paid social platforms like FB/IG, TikTok, and Google
• Experience working in a metric-driven role focused on return on investment
• Passion/knowledge for video games
• Knowledge of Excel, SQL, and Microsoft Office / Google applications
• Comfortable managing multi-million dollar budgets
