As a UI/UX Designer, you’ll be responsible for producing intuitive interfaces that form a positive player experience. You’ll collaborate with other members of our game team to create beautiful and engaging mobile games.
• Designing intuitive, accessible, and appealing interfaces for mobile games;
• Working together with the project manager, designers, and artists to create a seamless game experience;
• Creating game-ready visual elements according to specifications (windows, pop-ups, buttons, etc.);
• Taking ownership of establishing and maintaining guidelines for cohesive visual language throughout the game’s UI;
• Providing mock-ups and prototypes in Figma;
• Staying up to date with the latest UI/UX design trends and techniques.
• 1+ year of hands-on experience as a UI Designer in mobile game development;
• Understanding of principles of developing user interfaces for mobile games and have a strong grasp on specifics of mobile device usability;
• A high-quality portfolio of UI designs for (mobile) games;
• A good command of English (B1+) and solid communication/collaboration skills;
• A deep proficiency in graphic design software, such as Adobe Creative Suite and Figma.
• Experience working in related fields (graphic designer, 2D artist, or similar). Extra points for artwork examples in game dev industry!
• Familiarity with Unity game engine;
• An interest and understanding of typography.
