Job Summary
We are seeking a seasoned UI/UX Architect to lead the design and user experience strategy for enterprise and consumer-facing applications. The ideal candidate will combine deep expertise in user-centered design principles with strong technical acumen to deliver intuitive, visually compelling, and highly functional digital experiences.
Must Have
- Define and own the UI/UX architecture for web and mobile applications, ensuring consistency and scalability across platforms.
- Collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to translate business requirements into engaging user experiences.
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs using Figma and other industry standard tools.
- Establish and enforce design systems, style guides, and accessibility standards.
- Conduct user research, usability testing, and heuristic evaluations to validate design decisions.
- Mentor and guide design teams, ensuring adherence to best practices and innovative approaches.
- 10+ years in UI/UX design, with at least 3 years in an architect or lead role.
- Bachelor’s degree in design, Computer Science, Human-Computer Interaction, or related field.
- Expert proficiency in Figma (mandatory), plus experience with Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar tools.
- Strong understanding of responsive design, design systems, and accessibility standards (WCAG).
- Proven ability to work in Agile environments and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills to articulate design concepts to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Good to Have
- Experience with front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) for design feasibility discussions.
- Familiarity with user analytics tools (e.g., Hotjar, Google Analytics) for data-driven design decisions.
- Certification in UX Design or Human-Centered Design principle
