This position requires a skilled Animator Storyboard Artist to design storyboards for game cutscenes, both static and dynamic. The role involves collaborating with the director, co-creating storylines, and ensuring high-quality storyboard designs. The successful candidate will need to estimate production effects, communicate effectively with the team, and guarantee accurate storyboard reproduction. Responsibilities include understanding visual language, storytelling, pacing, and editing, as well as portraying characters effectively and understanding animation movement. A strong understanding of scripts, solid art skills, and a rich imagination are key. Three or more years of experience in animation are required, with experience on well-known animated films or anime preferred.

1.负责游戏过场动画的分镜设计，包括静态与动态分镜的制作。

2.与导演沟通，根据剧本进行故事共创，完成高质量的分镜设计。

3.对制作效果进行预估，与制作团队积极沟通协调，确保分镜效果的还原度。

任职要求：

1.熟悉视听语言，具备优秀的画面故事讲述能力，能够把控影片节奏和镜头剪辑。

2.善于通过表演塑造角色性格，展现角色表演，熟悉动画运动规律。

3.具备强大的剧本理解能力，能够快速理解剧本重点及导演需求，准确把握剧本节奏。

4.美术基本功扎实，熟悉二维动画制作流程。

5.拥有丰富的想象力，能够为导演和创作团队提供创意和想法。

6.3年及以上相关项目经验，有知名动画电影或番剧制作经验者优先。
