The Role of Character Artist involves collaborating on project needs to define game character styles and deliver high-quality character artwork. Close communication with game planners is crucial to ensure design alignment with project requirements. Responsibilities include creating character designs, mastering various game art styles, and adapting to different project demands. Strong hand-drawing skills, proficiency in Photoshop, and a solid art foundation are essential. Experience in character artwork is preferred. The ideal candidate will be passionate about the gaming industry, a team player, and able to handle pressure.

1.配合项目需求，制定游戏角色风格，输出高质量的角色原画设计资源。
2.与游戏策划紧密沟通，确保设计方向与项目需求高度契合。
岗位要求：
1.美术基础扎实，具备出色的手绘能力。
2.精通Photoshop等绘图软件，熟练掌握绘图技巧。
3.熟悉角色设定要求，掌握多种游戏美术风格，能够快速适应不同项目需求。
4.大专及以上学历，原画相关专业优先。
5.热爱游戏行业，具备良好的沟通能力、团队合作精神和学习能力，工作认真负责，能够承受较强的工作压力。
6.具备角色原画设计经验者优先。
