They will proactively provide excellent customer service, understand customer needs, present products and services, and educate them on relevant ways to buy. This role involves serving as a go-to expert, mentoring the store team, collaborating on business sessions, and building long-term relationships with local business customers. The expert will also maintain accurate customer information and contribute to an inclusive environment. They will demonstrate Apple’s values of inclusion and diversity in daily activities.
