People Business Partners are strategic members of the team who embody our culture and core values and can champion large, non-exempt, support group teams. You will deliver a full spectrum of both strategic and tactical HR support and programs to the organization from educating clients on compensation practices, labor and employee relations, performance management, career development to advising on various management issues.
In this role, you will closely partner with business leaders to align on the People strategy.
Base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $175,300 and $263,100, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
Employees also have the opportunity to become a shareholder through participation in discretionary employee stock programs. Employees are eligible for discretionary restricted stock unit awards, and can purchase stock at a discount if voluntarily participating in the Employee Stock Purchase Plan.
