Job Description
As a Business Pro at Apple Retail, you will be part of a team dedicated to helping businesses thrive. You will build and maintain relationships with high-potential business customers, fostering loyalty. You will use your strong business and sales acumen, along with your knowledge of Apple products and services, to understand and address the challenges faced by Small and Medium Businesses (SMBs) in your local community. You will also serve as a mentor to the broader team, promoting an environment where business is integrated into the store culture. Additionally, you will partner with store leadership to connect customers with powerful tools and solutions to help their businesses succeed.
