As a User Acquisition Analyst at Wildlife, you'll be pivotal in driving the growth of their mobile games. Responsibilities include monitoring and optimizing UA and retargeting campaigns across various platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Applovin, Unity, Moloco) to maximize revenue and ROI. You'll craft and execute marketing distribution plans, collaborate with product and marketing teams, and innovate new UA strategies. Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills are essential, along with proficiency in SQL, R, or Python. The ideal candidate is proactive, thrives in fast-paced environments, and excels at prioritization and communication.

Are you ready to shape the future of mobile gaming? We're seeking a dynamic UA Analyst to join our passionate User Acquisition team and drive our games to millions of players worldwide.

You will be responsible for defining and executing the distribution strategy for one of our titles, managing the budget allocation and operations of all User Acquisition campaigns across a variety of paid social (i.e. Facebook, Instagram, Youtube, Tiktok) and ad network platforms (i.e. Applovin, Unity, Moloco). You will be the connection between product and marketing teams, prioritizing and managing different disciplines to attract players for our games.

What you'll do

  • Monitor, analyze, and optimize new user acquisition and retargeting campaigns to maximize revenue and ROI.
  • Craft and execute strategic marketing distribution plans for our games.
  • Contribute directly to expanding and engaging our player base through cross-functional teamwork.
  • Drive innovation on new strategies and tools of our user acquisition discipline.
  • Maintain communication with game directors, executives, and key stakeholders on user acquisition performance.
  • Develop an in-depth understanding of our games' vision, audience, monetization, and market positioning.

What you'll need

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business, or equivalent practical experience.
  • Some experience in user acquisition, performance marketing, banking, or consulting roles.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in programming, preferably in SQL, R or Python.

Nice to have

  • Familiarity with the mobile gaming industry landscape.
  • Experience managing UA channels for digital products.
  • Familiarity with A/B testing, multivariate testing, and other methodologies for evaluating creative performance.
