Level Infinite seeks a User Growth Manager to oversee overseas marketing campaigns for PUBG MOBILE and other titles. Responsibilities include managing performance-based advertising, developing data-driven growth strategies, optimizing campaigns using algorithms, and creating engaging marketing content. The ideal candidate has experience in international gaming marketing, is proficient in using tools like Google and Facebook Ads, possesses strong data analysis skills, and excels in creative content development. Fluency in English is essential.

1.负责PUBGMOBILE海外区域效果广告投放和渠道推广的相关工作; 
2.通过对海外市场深度的研究,基于数据进行用户增长的策略制定和渠道推广,对用户增长目标和推广效率负责; 
3.基于数据导向和算法优化,配合海外广告渠道特性,推动智能化投放和用户增长; 
4.通过创意制作和内容营销拓展用户增长路径,进行营销资源整合及效果量化。

Requirements:


1.海内外游戏渠道投放及用户增长相关工作经验; 
2.熟悉海外如Google,Facebook等用户增长渠道,具备一手的渠道投放和优化经验; 
3.数据思维导向,具有数据数据分析经验和能力,熟悉海外MMP工具和渠道API; 
4.内容创意能力,具有海外应用/游戏创意及落地或者国内游戏创意营销经验; 
5.英语流利,可以作为工作语言,有其他小语种能力更佳。
