The Position
The Manager of CX/UX Research, Tax & Accounting North America, reporting to the Director of CX/UX Research, will be responsible for managing a highly talented team of User Researchers supporting the North American Tax & Accounting business.
Responsibilities include but not limited to:
Leadership and Team Management
Research strategy and Execution:
Collaborating with Leaders in Product Management, UX Design, and Engineering, define the long-term vision and strategy for user experience research for the segment, aligning it with business objectives and goals.
Industry awareness:
Staying up to date with the latest trends, technologies, and best practices in user experience research. Provide thought leadership and guidance on emerging UX trends and innovations.
