Validation team lead for HBT device modeling and PA module

Overview We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Validation **Team Lead to drive the development, validation, and deployment of advanced models for HBT device and PA module. The successful candidate will lead a team of engineers, ensuring modeling accuracy, verification quality, and efficient design flow integration. ### Key Responsibilities * Lead and mentor the Modeling & Verification team, providing technical direction and career development guidance. * Develop and maintain compact, behavioral, and system-level models for circuit simulation and system integration. * Establish verification methodologies to validate model accuracy. * Collaborate closely with design, and modeling teams to ensure end-to-end model consistency. * Ensure compliance with internal quality standards, modeling guidelines, and documentation best practices. * Provide technical reviews and sign-off on modeling and verification deliverables. ### Qualifications** * 8+ years of experience in circuit/device modeling, verification. * Strong expertise in modeling languages. * Hands-on experience with simulation/verification tools. * Proven track record of leading teams or projects in a technical leadership role. * Excellent problem-solving, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
