The Visual Design role involves designing diverse promotional materials such as game posters, brochures, and online/offline advertisements, blending Japanese local design styles with game features. Responsibilities include collaborating with departments like marketing to align design concepts with project goals, ensuring the smooth progression of promotional materials, and renewing/innovating designs based on domestic design trends, user behavior, and feedback. The role requires a strong passion for the gaming industry and excellent teamwork/communication skills.

Must have:

Excellent design skills including color theory and composition
At least 2 years of game promotion design experience

日本ローカルのデザインスタイルとゲームの特徴を融合しクリエイティブを制作

関係部署との協力・推進
マーケティングなどの部門と積極的にコミュニケーションを取り、デザインコンセプトとプロジェクト目標を一致させ、

宣伝素材が順調に進むことを確保
デザインのリニューアルとイノベーション
国内デザイントレンド・ユーザー動向に注目し、データを収集し、
ユーザーからのフィードバックに基づきデザイン案の調整を担当

応募要件
専門スキル
色彩理論・構図バランス等のデザインスキルに優れている
視覚的表現に対して鋭い感性をもつ

実務経験
ゲームプロモーションデザイン経験2年以上
リリース実績のあるゲームプロジェクトのデザイン経験があり
ゲームプロモーションフロー及びユーザー嗜好に理解があること
