1. Responsible for controlling the game's tone and quality based on the brand style direction of game products.
2. Responsible for outputting creative design solutions for art design requirements based on early R&D and operational marketing brand building.
3. Participate in project creative discussions, provide visual design execution support, and follow up with supplier supervision or execution.
4. Supervise the implementation quality of product visuals, and participate in the formulation and standardization of design experience and processes.
5. Through project accumulation and competitive product material analysis, develop effective methodologies and promote their application.
6. Actively guide team members to share knowledge, creating a team atmosphere of active learning, sharing, and common progress.
7. Responsible for design and production work in global and regional areas.
1. More than three years of experience in game visual design, with preference for those who have worked on multi-category game-related projects.
2. Have a deep understanding of game brand design expression, possess excellent visual expression ability, good creative conception ability, strong understanding and analysis ability, good execution ability, and good project communication and expression ability.
3. Have certain game experience, understand game art, animation and other fields, and have a certain understanding of game visual expression.
4. Good self-work project management and communication skills, able to lead the visual design direction of projects, follow up and complete major visual design work or follow up with supplier execution supervision.
5. Proficient in relevant design software (PS, AI, C4D), familiarity with EXCEL, Powerpoint and other software is preferred.
6. Good at communication, attention to user experience details, strong comprehension and excellent communication skills, while also possessing excellent visual expression ability; possess a good cooperative attitude and team spirit, and be full of work passion, creativity, responsibility, and strong learning ability.
7. Proficient in English, can be used for business communication.
