Job Description

This Communications Intern role at the Global Communications team involves sharing the company's story globally. It's a six-month/one-year program offering hands-on experience in corporate communication, content creation, and earned/social communications. The intern will work from the London Office, collaborating with various business groups and marketing teams worldwide, focusing on enhancing brand presence and stakeholder engagement through storytelling.

  • Support on events and speaker opportunities and distribution of a wide range of communications materials, both online and offline
  • Help manage social media activities across platforms like LinkedIn, X
  • Monitor media trends and engagement metrics and share findings
  • Support media monitoring and reporting
  • Assist and maintain influencer and media lists
  • Help coordinate press events and media opportunities
  • Support Internal newsletter and All Employee Meetings
  • Conduct research on industry trends, competitors and key audiences
  • Compile reports for internal presentations
  • Provide general administrative support to the communications team

Position Overview

We’re looking for a motivated and creative Communications Intern to join us! As a member of the Global Communications team, you help share our story with audiences around the world. This six-month/one year program provides a hands-on experience in corporate communication, content creation and earned and social communications. The ideal candidate is passionate about storytelling, eager to learn and excited to contribute to meaningful projects that enhance our brand presence and stakeholder engagement.

Who We Look For

Minimum Qualifications

  • College junior, senior, or graduate student pursuing a degree in communications, marketing, business, law, political science public policy, international relations, journalism or the liberal arts.

Preferred Qualifications & Skills

  • Excellent writing and presentation skills
  • Strong attention to detail and proofreading abilities
  • Ability create and communicate visually – familiarity with design tools (Canva, photo editing)
  • A high level of professional integrity and confidentiality
  • Entrepreneurial mindset, strong organizational skills and self-motivated
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Creative thinker, able to quickly analyze and contextualize information
