We are looking for a talented and experienced E-commerce Visual Identity Manager to take charge of our visual identity and image assets across all e-commerce platforms. This pivotal role involves shaping our brand's online visual presence and delivering high-quality, engaging visual content to boost e-commerce sales.
You will have the following key responsibilities:
- E-commerce Visual Identity: Define and maintain the visual identity guidelines for the e-commerce channel, ensuring brand consistency.
- Image Bank Management: Manage and organize the e-commerce image bank, ensuring all assets are up-to-date, properly tagged, and easily accessible.
- Image Optimization/Shooting Roadmap: Define and implement the roadmap for image optimization and future photoshoots to meet evolving e-commerce needs and best practices.
- E-commerce Photoshoots Management: Plan, execute, and manage e-commerce photoshoots, coordinating with internal and external stakeholders to produce compelling product and lifestyle imagery.
- AI-Powered Design Adjustments: Leverage AI tools for minor design adjustments and image optimization.
- Creative Direction: Provide creative direction and feedback to internal and external design resources, ensuring all visual outputs meet brand standards and project requirements.
- Performance Monitoring: Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) related to visual identity effectiveness, such as conversion rates, bounce rates, using data to refine strategies.
- Continuous Improvement: Stay informed about industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitor activities to continually enhance our e-commerce visual presence.
Your background:
- Master's degree (BAC+5) in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- A minimum of 5 years of professional experience in a marketing, communications, or graphic design role.
- Experience in both the automotive and e-commerce sectors is a strong plus!
- Fluency in English.
- Full proficiency with the Google Workspace (G Suite) productivity tools.
- Basic experience using AI-powered tools for image editing and enhancement.

- Creative Leadership: The ability to not only have a strong creative vision but also to articulate, inspire, and guide others to execute that vision effectively.
- Strategic Thinking: The capacity to connect visual identity directly to business objectives. This means understanding how imagery, layout, and branding impact KPIs like conversion rates and customer engagement, and planning visual roadmaps accordingly.
- Project Management: A critical skill for managing photoshoots, campaign launches, and website updates. This includes planning timelines, managing budgets, coordinating multiple stakeholders (photographers, stylists, models, developers), and ensuring deadlines are met.
- Efficiency and Organization: With responsibility for an entire image bank and shooting roadmaps, a meticulous and systematic approach is non-negotiable. The ability to create and maintain order is fundamental to the role's success.
