Job Description

This role involves warehouse responsibilities, including stocking and delivering goods. The responsibilities include receiving, unpacking, checking and stocking materials. Completing orders by picking, wrapping, and packing orders in shipping containers. Addressing and labeling packages, computing freight rates, and recording the weight and cost of each shipment. Sorting, organizing, and marking items with identifying labels. Reviewing and fulfilling customer orders quickly and accurately against pick tickets, ensuring accurate order and invoicing for the customer. The candidate will follow safety guidelines to complete customer orders. This position is an onsite position.
Must have:
  • High School Diploma or GED (REQUIRED)
  • 2+ years of experience in a Warehouse setting
  • Basic Computer skills (required)
Good to have:
  • Experience operating a Forklift and Stock Picker (preferred)
  • Microsoft Office and SAP (preferred)

Job Description

This is a 2nd shift role with the hours of 2:30pm to 10:30pm.
Warehouse responsibilities including stocking and delivering goods to production floor.

Your role:

  • Receiving, unpacking, checking and stocking materials, while recording items taken from inventory and documenting when completed. Completing orders as part of a team or individually: picking orders and wrapping or packing orders in shipping containers.

  • Addressing and labeling packages, computing freight rates, while recording the weight and cost of each shipment.

  • Sorting, organizing, and marking items with identifying labels (i.e. such as inventory codes), so that inventories can be located quickly and easily.

  • Reviewing and fulfilling customer orders quickly and accurately against pick tickets, while printing, picking, packing, data entering and manifesting, ensuring accurate order and invoicing for customer.

  • Assuring accurate, efficient, cost-effective completion of customer orders with a sense of urgency, while following safety guidelines.

You're the right fit if:

  • You have High School Diploma or GED (REQUIRED)

  • 2+ years of experience in a Warehouse setting

  • You have experience safely and diligently operating a Forklift and Stock Picker (preferred)

  • You have Basic Computer skills (required), Microsoft Office and SAP (preferred)

  • You must be able to successfully perform the following minimum Physical, Cognitive and Environmental job requirements with or without accommodation for this Production/Assembler position.

How we work together


We believe that we are better together than apart. For our office-based teams, this means working in-person at least 3 days per week. Onsite roles require full-time presence in the company’s facilities. Field roles are most effectively done outside of the company’s main facilities, generally at the customers’ or suppliers’ locations.

This is an onsite position. The Warehouse Operator will be based in Reedsville, PA.

Philips Transparency Details

The pay range for this position in PA is $17.75 - $26.19, plus overtime eligible.

The actual base pay offered may vary within the posted ranges depending on multiple factors including job-related knowledge/skills, experience, business needs, geographical location, and internal equity.    

In addition, other compensation, such as an annual incentive bonus, sales commission or long-term incentives may be offered.  Employees are eligible to participate in our comprehensive Philips Total Rewards benefits program, which includes a generous PTO, 401k (up to 7% match), HSA (with company contribution), stock purchase plan, education reimbursement and much more.  Details about our benefits can be found here

At Philips, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top end of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent upon the facts and circumstances of each case. 

Additional Information

US work authorization is a precondition of employment. The company will not consider candidates who require sponsorship for a work-authorized visa, now or in the future.

Company relocation benefits will not be provided for this position.  For this position, you must reside in or within commuting distance to Reedsville, PA.
