Job Description

Iron Mountain is seeking Warehouse Specialists to join their team. The job fair will be held on May 22, 2025, from 10 am to 2 pm. As a Warehouse Specialist, you will be responsible for safeguarding customer's valuables. This involves loading and unloading trailers, moving and sorting items, operating tools and equipment safely, and maintaining a clean and secure work environment. You will also need to ensure the security of customer information. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to perform physical tasks. Must have:
  • English reading, writing, and communication skills

  • Basic knowledge of industry tools and equipment
  • Basic knowledge of computer-related equipment and data entry
  • Ability to operate tools and equipment
  • Ability to lift up to 60 pounds regularly
  • Ability to perform repetitive motions for extended periods

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Load and unload trailers
  • Move, weigh, sort, and disassemble items
  • Safely operate tools and equipment
  • Maintain a clean and safe work area
  • Ensure security of customer information

QUALIFICATIONS

  • English reading, writing, and communication skills
  • Strong organization skills and attention to detail
  • Basic knowledge of industry tools and equipment
  • Basic knowledge of computer-related equipment, internet, and data entry
  • Operate tools and equipment
  • Lift up to 60 pounds regularly
  • Remain stationary as well as perform repetitive motions for extended periods
  • Climb, stoop, crouch, kneel, push, and pull regularly
