Job Description

As a Warehouse Specialist at Sword Health, you will be part of the Integrated Supply Chain team. You'll manage warehouse operations, from receiving to shipment, ensuring accurate inventory levels. Your responsibilities include managing logistics, overseeing picking operations, developing logistics strategies to improve efficiency, monitoring inventory metrics, and collaborating with teams for timely delivery. You will be working alongside over 900 talented colleagues. Your goal is to contribute to building a pain-free world. You will report to the manufacturing manager.
Must have:
  • 2+ years experience in logistics or manufacturing.
  • Strong data-driven decision-making skills.
  • Autonomy and Proactivity in solving problems.
  • Spanish speaker.
  • Familiarity with digital tools and ERP/WMS systems.
Good to have:
  • Degree in Industrial Engineering/Supply Chain.
  • Knowledge of Lean methodologies.
  • Experience in the medical device industry.
  • Ability to work in a fast paced environment.

You will be part of the Integrated Supply Chain team, delivering manufacturing and global logistics solutions for Sword Health. Reporting to the manufacturing manager your responsibility will be overseeing warehouse operations, from receiving to shipment, while ensuring accurate inventory levels.


What you’ll be doing:
  • Manage logistics operations, including inventory management and warehouse operations.
  • Oversee picking operations to support manufacturing work orders.
  • Develop and implement logistics strategies to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
  • Monitor and analyze inventory performance metrics and implement solutions to address issues.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of goods.
  • Ensure compliance with all regulatory and safety requirements as per Sword’s Quality Management System.


What you need to have:
  • At least 2 years of experience in a logistics or manufacturing environment.
  • Strong data-driven decision-making skills, along with a keen eye for detail.
  • Autonomy and Proactivity in solving problems.
  • Spanish speaker.
  • High familiarity with digital tools and enterprise platforms, including ERP and WMS systems such as SAP and Oracle.


What we would love to see:
  • Degree in Industrial Engineering or Supply Chain management is desirable.
  • Knowledge of Lean methodologies and continuous improvement tools.
  • Experience in the medical device industry.
  • Ability to work with ambiguity and in a fast paced environment.


$60,315 - $94,780 a year
Base: $52,500 - $82,500
Variable: $2,625 - $4,125
Net equity value per year: $5,190 - 8,155

Compensation details listed in this posting reflect the base salary and any potential variable, bonus or sales incentives, and the Company’s estimation of the value of private company stock options, if applicable. The pay range is subject to change, future value of company stock options is not guaranteed, and compensation may be modified in the future.
