Sword Health is looking for a bold and imaginative content leader to join our Website & Content team. This is a role for someone who can write exceptional content, but also think strategically, generate ideas that stand out, and shape editorial direction across a fast-moving business.
You will help shape the voice of a brand that blends clinical credibility with emotional storytelling. You will craft content that resonates deeply with real people, including HR leaders, healthcare buyers, and members seeking relief.
This role blends editorial direction with creative execution. You will be our go-to for big ideas, from feature stories and research reports to campaign concepts and brand guides. You will also roll up your sleeves to bring these ideas to life by writing and refining content across formats. You will collaborate closely with design, campaign, and growth teams to create work that inspires and performs.

Compensation details listed in this posting reflect the base salary and any potential variable, bonus or sales incentives, and the Company’s estimation of the value of private company stock options, if applicable. The pay range is subject to change, future value of company stock options is not guaranteed, and compensation may be modified in the future. In addition to our total compensation, Sword offers a number of benefits as listed below.
